parent albums that contain sub-albums are easily found.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can open and close a tree view by clicking on the down arrow icon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Labels show for each album the number of files it contains, the number of sub-albums, and the total number of files (including sub-albums).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To rearrange the order in which the albums are displayed, simply select the album you want to move and drag and drop it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the same way, by moving the albums in the list, you can move an album inside another album, or move a sub-album to the root.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Of course, from this screen you can also create, edit, or delete your albums.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can see how it works by watching the animation below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/piwigo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/en-gestionnaire-albums.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1220\" height=\"772\" src=\"https:\/\/piwigo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/en-gestionnaire-albums.gif\" alt=\"album list piwigo 13\" class=\"wp-image-1660\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also easily rename an album or sub-album at any time from this screen, by clicking on the pencil icon next to an album name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/piwigo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/en-album-rename.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"945\" height=\"638\" src=\"https:\/\/piwigo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/en-album-rename.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1661\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>We hope you like this new way of working!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-advanced-gutenberg-blocks-notice is-variation-warning has-icon\" data-type=\"warning\"><svg xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" width=\"24\" height=\"24\" viewBox=\"0 0 24 24\" fill=\"none\" stroke=\"currentColor\" stroke-width=\"2\" stroke-linecap=\"round\" stroke-linejoin=\"round\"><path d=\"M10.29 3.86L1.82 18a2 2 0 0 0 1.71 3h16.94a2 2 0 0 0 1.71-3L13.71 3.86a2 2 0 0 0-3.42 0z\"><\/path><line x1=\"12\" y1=\"9\" x2=\"12\" y2=\"13\"><\/line><line x1=\"12\" y1=\"17\" x2=\"12\" y2=\"17\"><\/line><\/svg><p class=\"wp-block-advanced-gutenberg-blocks-notice__title\">Warning<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-advanced-gutenberg-blocks-notice__content\">From 2000 albums onwards, this new display slows down the loading of the page. That&#8217;s why Piwigo automatically reverts to the old display after 2000 albums. We can change this configuration on demand.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"redesign-of-the-visit-history\">Redesign of the visit history<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The search tool in the visit history has a new design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can now filter the results according to the type of action (visit or download).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The way the filters work has also been changed. Now you just have to find an item you are interested in in the list (a user, an IP address, or a photo) to add a new filter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/piwigo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/en-visit-history.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1206\" height=\"763\" src=\"https:\/\/piwigo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/en-visit-history.gif\" alt=\"visit history\" class=\"wp-image-1662\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"related-albums\">Related albums<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, to choose the albums related to a photo from the photo editor, you had to select albums from a drop-down list. Good news, since Piwigo 13, these files are displayed correctly in your gallery, if you use the Modus or Bootstrap Darkroom theme!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"display-news-from-piwigoorg\">Display news from Piwigo.org<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From the dashboard of Piwigo administration, you will now see the latest news published on the site piwigo.org. So you never miss any news about Piwigo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"new-api-explorer\">New API explorer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Good news for developers using the Piwigo API: the API explorer has been given a facelift!
